Children’s Art show opens at WCA March 10

All 180 students at Trinidad School are lucky enough to have hands-on art classes for at least an hour every week.  The school hallways are filled with their work: paper snake cutouts for Chinese New Year, sumi brush paintings of cherry blossoms that flow off the page, and hearts, lots of hearts, explosions of hearts.

Trinidad Lions Club members resume their monthly pancake breakfast Sunday, Jan. 27 from 8  a.m. to 11 a.m. in the Trinidad School gym. Diners choose between full breakfasts of pancakes, eggs, and ham or sausage, or biscuits and gravy with eggs. Coffee, tea, and juice are included in the $5 price. Kids eat for $2.
