Mostly sunny, then rain on Wednesday night

HUMBOLDT – After the fog lifts this morning, Humboldt skies will be mostly clear with only a gentle breeze and a high temperature of 65.

The nice weather continues through Veterans’ Day, which will be mostly sunny. Clouds will start moving in Wednesday, with the National Weather Service predicting a 100 percent chance of rain on Wednesday night. Showers are predicted for Thursday through Friday.facebook-like-button

As of Nov. 9, the NWS at Woodley Island had measured 8.09 inches of rain so far for the weather season, which began July 1. Last year at this time the NWS had measured 3.46 inches. Normal is 4.68 inches.
