Flags at half staff after massacre

SOLEMN RESPECT Flags in Arcata were lowered over the weekend and will fly at half-staff through sunset, today, Oct. 31 as a mark of solemn respect for the massacre perpetrated at The Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Oct. 27.
